Profiter G2 is the laser cutting platform powered by fiber laser and high precision cutting head from Germany. Fiber laser source generates laser, then; the laser light is delivered via a fiber cable to a laser cutting head. Laser cutting head contains internal optics used for collimating and focusing laser beam onto material surface. The nozzle tip of cutting head provides high pressure of assist gas passing through a small orifice in order to blow the melted material away and creating nice and smooth cuts. The cutting head has height sensor to keep constant distance precisely from material surface, called “stand-off”.

Many kinds of material can be cut, such as mild steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloy, brass and some non-metals material. Material handling and options can be attached to machine to enhance the automated productivity, e.g. scrap conveyor and automatic load - unload.
