LightWELDTM   is a versatile handheld laser welding  system from IPG Photonics Inc, USA. The best welding with the lowest heat input compared to any other welding techniques provides  excellent joint strength and  beautiful weld.  No matter dealing with thin, thick, different kinds of joint and various material types, gap even difference material joining, in fact; laser welding  provides the lower heat input  than any joining tools. The amount of heat can be adjusted, controlled and preset seamlessly. Easy and fast for a new operator to learn enhances enormous productivity. SUPERIOR WELD BY WOBBLE FUNCTION :

- Built-In Wobble for welding width adjusting on the fly. Flexible and simple set up enhances high value added to weld quality. Part fit-up and wobbling is just  one touch to call from a Preset program.

EXTRA WITH CLEANING OPTION :

- LightWELD XC and LightWELD XR model  is an extreme laser welding and cleaning solution. Maximum of 15 mm. cleaning line width is adjustable for pre and post weld cleaning. It is the most outperforming in the market.

SIMPLE INSTALLATION AND OPERATION :

- Simple preset selection ensures consistent high-quality laser welds and cleaning

- Presets include wobble welding function to accommodate wider seams and for parts with poor fit-up

- Operators can instantly switch between presets to process multiple material-thickness combinations

HANDHELD GUN & NOZZLE TIPS :

SAFETY FEATURES: 

LightWELD XC is a Class IV laser system and routine precautions are required for the safe operation of the equipment.  BUILT-IN FEATURES INCLUDE:

 

- Key switch control of laser source and Emergency-stop button ensure deliberate operation - Fiber laser interlock verifies integrity of laser delivery to the welding and cleaning gun - 2-step gun trigger, enable and then fire, for intentional operation - Part contact electrical interlock turns off the laser power if the gun is not in contact with the parts
